Terms & Refund Policy

These terms govern the purchase of tickets to “An Evening with Lorena Ochoa” (the “Event”), hosted by Impact Bridges Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at La Jolla Country Club, San Diego, California.

Your Purchase

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms. Tickets are delivered digitally by email after payment and must be presented (on a phone or printed) for entry.

Ticket types:

• Private Golf Clinic — $10,000, includes two Gala tickets
• Gala Seat — $3,000 per guest
• Table Sponsorship — $30,000, includes ten Gala seats

 

Tax-Deductible Contributions

Impact Bridges Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive a receipt by email. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Because your purchase is a contribution that directly supports the charitable programs of Impact Bridges Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances.

In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled and not rescheduled, your full purchase amount will be retained by Impact Bridges Foundation as a charitable contribution. You will receive an official donation acknowledgment letter for the full amount, which may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.

If you are unable to attend, your ticket is transferable. Please contact us at elsa@impactbridgesfoundation.org at least 10 days before the Event with the name and email of your guest, and we will reissue the ticket at no charge. The Golf Clinic, due to its limited capacity of 12 guests, requires advance notice for any transfers.

Event Changes

In the unlikely event of a change to the date, time, or venue, ticket holders will be notified by email and tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled Event.

Conduct

La Jolla Country Club dress code applies: cocktail attire for the Gala, golf attire for the clinic. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose conduct is disruptive or unsafe.

Photography

The Event may be photographed or recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in future promotional materials for Impact Bridges Foundation.
